As a lifelong Pensacola resident, my deep roots in the community fuel my commitment to Bridging the Gap to Homeownership. Having witnessed Pensacola’s evolution from a quiet coastal town into a thriving cultural and economic hub, I bring unmatched local insight and a genuine passion for guiding residential buyers and sellers, rural and vacant land clients, investors, VA buyers, and families navigating probate transactions.

Beyond the transaction, I am also the host of MIC DROP… Real Talk… Real Estate Homeownership, a local real estate podcast created to educate, empower, and inform buyers, sellers, and investors. Through honest conversations, market insights, and no-nonsense guidance, the podcast breaks down complex real estate topics, highlights Pensacola-area trends, and gives listeners the clarity they need to make confident, informed decisions—without the fluff.

My real estate practice is grounded in a proud military legacy—my father’s service in the U.S. Army during World War II, my son’s service in the U.S. Navy, and family ties to the historic Tuskegee Airmen. These influences instilled in me a strong sense of service, integrity, persistence, and attention to detail—qualities my clients consistently recognize and appreciate.
